These Offer Terms & Conditions apply to all discounts, coupon codes, sale campaigns, gifts, cashback, wallet credits, loyalty points, referral offers, bundle deals, B1G1 offers, limited-time offers and promotional campaigns run by W7 Makeup India, operated by [Legal Entity Name].
By using any offer on our website, app, social media campaign, email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other official W7 Makeup India platform, you agree to these Offer Terms & Conditions along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Return Policy.
1. General Offer Rules
All offers are valid only for the period, platform, products, categories, customer group and location mentioned in the offer communication.
Offers are subject to stock availability, serviceability, technical functionality and business discretion.
W7 Makeup India may modify, pause, extend, withdraw or cancel any offer at any time, where permitted by law.
An offer does not guarantee product availability.
2. Eligibility
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
Offers are valid only for customers in India.
Offers are for personal-use purchases only.
Offers cannot be used for resale, bulk purchase, commercial purchase or marketplace resale.
Offers may be limited to one customer, one account, one phone number, one email address, one device, one address or one payment method.
W7 Makeup India may reject or cancel offer benefits if duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, fake orders or misuse are detected.
3. Coupon Codes
Coupon codes must be applied at checkout before placing the order.
Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Coupons may have minimum order value, maximum discount value, product exclusions, category exclusions, payment restrictions, user restrictions, usage limits or expiry dates.
Expired coupons cannot be reactivated.
Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold.
If a coupon is not applied at checkout due to customer error, W7 Makeup India will not be required to apply it later.
4. Non-Clubbed Offers
Unless clearly mentioned, offers cannot be combined with:
Other coupon codes.
Cashback offers.
Wallet credits.
Store credits.
Referral benefits.
Loyalty points.
Free gift offers.
Bundle offers.
Employee discounts.
Marketplace offers.
Any other ongoing promotion.
Only one offer may be applied per order unless the offer communication states otherwise.
5. Free Gifts
Free gifts are subject to availability.
The gift product, shade, variant, size, colour or type may vary depending on stock availability.
Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another product.
Free gifts cannot be replaced unless received damaged or wrong, and only if stock is available.
If the qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the free gift must also be returned unused, sealed and in original condition.
If the free gift is not returned, its value may be adjusted from the refund amount.
6. B1G1 and Bundle Offers
For Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, bundle deals or similar offers:
Only selected products may be eligible.
The offer will apply only when eligible products are added to the cart correctly.
The lowest-priced eligible item may be treated as the free or discounted item unless stated otherwise.
If one or more products from the offer order are cancelled, returned or refunded, the offer value may be recalculated.
W7 Makeup India may restrict unusually high quantities or reseller-like purchases.
7. Cashback, Wallet Credit and Store Credit
Cashback, wallet credit or store credit may be credited only after successful order completion, unless stated otherwise.
Such credit may have an expiry date.
It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
It can be used only on W7 Makeup India platforms unless stated otherwise.
It may be reversed if the related order is cancelled, returned, refunded or found to be fraudulent.
W7 Makeup India may restrict the use of wallet credit or store credit on selected products, categories or offers.
8. First Order Offers
First order offers are valid only for new users who meet the offer eligibility conditions.
Creating multiple accounts to claim first order benefits is not allowed.
If misuse is detected, W7 Makeup India may cancel the order, reverse the benefit, restrict the account or refuse future promotional access.
9. Minimum Order Value
Minimum order value may be calculated before or after discount, depending on the offer terms.
Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, handling fees and taxes may not be counted toward minimum order value unless clearly stated.
If a return or cancellation causes the final order value to fall below the required minimum order value, the offer benefit may be reversed or adjusted.
10. Returns and Refunds on Offer Orders
If an order purchased under an offer is cancelled, returned or refunded:
The discount may be reversed.
Cashback may be cancelled.
Wallet credit may be withdrawn.
Free gifts may need to be returned.
Refund amount may be recalculated based on the final eligible order value.
No cash equivalent will be paid for coupons, discounts, free gifts, cashback or promotional benefits.
If only part of an order is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted after considering the offer benefit already received.
11. Offer Misuse and Fraud
W7 Makeup India may cancel or reject any offer benefit if we suspect:

In such cases, W7 Makeup India may cancel the order, restrict the account, reverse the benefit, adjust the refund, refuse future offers or take any other action permitted by law.
12. Technical Errors
If an offer is incorrectly displayed due to a system error, pricing error, typographical error, coupon glitch, payment error or technical issue, W7 Makeup India may correct, cancel or withdraw the offer.
If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled due to such error, the eligible refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
13. Product Availability
All offered products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve the product.
An offer may expire or a product may go out of stock before checkout is completed.
W7 Makeup India will not be responsible if an offer product becomes unavailable during browsing, cart addition or payment processing.

The final cart value shown at checkout will be considered the applicable transaction value.

W7 Makeup India reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, suspend or withdraw any offer, campaign, discount, coupon, cashback, free gift or promotional benefit without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.
This may be done due to stock limitations, suspected misuse, technical issues, operational reasons, legal requirements or business decisions.
